"Not as soft as I assumed it would be"
I thought this hair was going to be way softer, especially for the price. At first I was like, okay, it feels nice, but that only lasted maybe a day. After that it started feeling dry and a little rough. I assumed washing it and using conditioner would fix it quickly, but it still didn’t feel soft like I expected. It also tangles more than I thought it would. Maybe I expected too much, but I was disappointed overall.

"My order came right"
I order from truegloryhair.com what I got was the same stuff I picked on the site. The length, texture, and color all matches my order, so I didn’t really had any problem with that part.
Shipping was okay too, not super quick but it wasn’t terrible either. I’m giving 4 stars because everything was correct, I just wish they was better with the updates while I was waiting

"Wish I’d Known Support Would Be So Slow"
The hair itself was okay, but I regret ordering because getting help from customer service was such a hassle. I emailed a few times and ended up waiting days for a reply. It just made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"I wanted to like this wig..."
I wanted to like this wig, and the hair itself isn’t bad, but the lace really threw me off. It felt thicker than I expected and was hard to get to blend, even after I tried tinting it. The cap was also kind of weird on my head, it didn’t lay as flat as I wanted, and some of the tracks felt bulky in certain spots. It looked okay from a distance, so I guess it’s not the worst, but for the price I was expecting it to feel a lot better. I probably wouldn’t buy it again

"Showed Up Sooner Than Expected"
I was surprised by how fast it arrived. Shipping was quicker than I expected, and I ended up getting it early. Overall, I’m really happy with the delivery experience.

"So far, barely any shedding"
I was a little unsure about the quality at first because I’ve had hair that started shedding like crazy after a few days. But so far, this one has been doing good. I brushed it out and washed it, and only got a few strands, nothing major. It still feels soft and hasn’t been tangling much either. I’ve been wearing it for about two weeks now, so I’m still watching to see how it holds up, but right now I’m happy with it.

"Didn’t last like I hoped"
At first, it seemed fine... but after a few weeks, my hair started feeling really dry and looked noticeably thinner. I was expecting it to hold up better, so yeah... a bit disappointing.

"Nice hair, sheds a little"
I’ve been using this hair for a bit now and so far I like it. It feels really soft and looks natural once it’s on. I washed it a couple times already and it still looks good, which was what I was hoping for. I did notice some shedding when I brushed it out, especially the first time, but it wasn’t anything crazy. Not sure how it’ll hold up long term, but for now I’m happy with it.

"A little harder to style than I expected"
At first the hair looked decent, but styling it was kind of a hassle, haha. It didn’t really hold curls that well for me and started getting frizzy quickly. I kept having to fix it throughout the day, which was annoying. It’s not terrible, but I definitely thought it would be easier to work with.

"Length felt shorter than expected"
I ordered the 20 inch, but it looked closer to 18 inches to me. The hair itself was fine overall, but the length was disappointing because that’s what I paid for. I get that maybe it measures longer if you pull it completely straight, but when you actually wear it, it feels shorter. I’m just saying for other customers, if length is really important to you, you might want to keep that in mind before ordering.

"Soft hair, no tangles yet"
So far, my hair has stayed really soft and I haven’t had any issues with tangles. I’m picky about spending money on hair products, but this one feels worth it if it keeps working like this.

"Color was totally off"
I ordered this expecting a nice natural brown like the photos, but what showed up was way darker and super flat-looking. it looked nothing like what I thought I was getting. Such a dumb letdown. Disappointed and definitely not the vibe I wanted.

"Overpriced and frustrating"
I paid way more than I should have for this. The hair felt cheap, didn’t hold up like I expected, and just wasn’t worth the price. What annoyed me even more was that the communication wasn’t clear, so I didn’t really know what to expect until it arrived. I wouldn’t buy from here again.
